Privacy policy
This policy explains which personal data are processed when you visit this website, for what purpose and on what legal basis. It is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Italian Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003).

2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by KONZEPT GmbH (s.r.l.), Am Moosfeld 4, I-39049 Pfitsch (Sterzing), Italy. The servers are located in a data centre in Innsbruck (Austria), i.e. within the European Union. Each time the site is accessed, the server automatically stores technical data in log files: IP address, date and time, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system, and the previously visited page. These data are necessary to deliver the website and ensure its security.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data are deleted automatically as soon as they are no longer needed for these purposes; they are kept longer only if required to investigate a security incident. A data processing agreement has been concluded with the hosting provider (Art. 28 GDPR).
3. No cookies, no web analytics
This website does not set cookies and does not use any analytics or tracking tools. Fonts and all other files are loaded from our own server; simply visiting the site does not transfer any data to third parties.
4. Contact by phone or email
If you call us or send us an email, we process your details (e.g. name, phone number, email address, vehicle data and your request) in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures or a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data are deleted once they are no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Maps (Google Maps)
In the “Contact” section you first see a map image of our locations stored on our own server (map data © OpenStreetMap contributors); no data are transferred to third parties. If you wish, you can load an interactive map provided by Google Maps, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The interactive map is only loaded when you click “Load interactive map”. Only then is a connection to Google’s servers established; in particular your IP address and information about your browser are transmitted, and Google may set cookies. A transfer to the USA is possible; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
The legal basis is your consent given by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). It applies only to the respective page visit. Further information: Google’s privacy policy.
6. Links to other websites
Our website contains links to external offerings, such as our careers site karriere-truckbuscenter.it, the breakdown services of vehicle manufacturers and our Instagram and Facebook profiles. This content is not embedded but only linked. You only leave our website when you click such a link; the respective provider is responsible for data processing there.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21).
